Global Construction Waste — The Predicted Numbers that Can Change

If you needed some (extra) motivation regarding waste recycling, we’ve got it. Global construction waste is supposed to double by the year 2025. This date is not so far in the future, as many would like to think. It is looming over us. Most importantly, though, is that we can make this change. We can put in our many efforts and fight to not make this our reality.

Global Construction Waste by Numbers

According to a study done by Transparency Market Research, construction waste generated globally will double to 2.2 billion tons by 2025. That’s right—billions. In order to play a part in rebuttal to that, it’s important to be mindful at construction sites. Contractors, demolition companies, and companies like ours can employ teamwork in order to reduce the amount of waste that is collected for the landfill. Our job is to make sure that materials and various items found on construction sites get recycled, reused, or repurposed. You’ve heard the cry of saving the turtles, but this goes further. With construction waste recycling we’re able to produce more products from unused material and quickly build onto a site. Leaving less to waste is a goal that many should be aiming for.

Remember, we have all the material and sources to help steer you in the direction of recycling. Our same-day container deliveries come in handy when you’ve got a quick turnover and need the means to collect material. Let us know what you need and we can be there.
